The Shift Device™ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, heal, or cure any disease.

Charge your Shift device when the charging port light is red.  Charge until charging port light turns green and use as needed.

You may return new, unused product (that is in its original condition), within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping and must also return both the device and the charger. If the product is damaged or shows wear and tear, then a refund will not be issued. So be sure not to damage or alter the product in anyway should you like to move forward with the return process.

If your Shift device experiences mechanical failure, due to manufacturing error-ONLY (and not due to user-error), please follow the “Refund Policy” link that can be found at the bottom of your screen. And if you fit within the guidelines outlined in that refund/return policy, in that refund policy screen, please tap on and follow the link titled: “Request your Return Material Authorization to initiate a return here”.
And once you have completed your return invoice, please carefully package up your Shift device and ship your package to:
